Any word on whether the Timbers will be playing on grass or turf? I've seen their promotions about Portland joining the likes of Barcelona, Madrid and Liverpool. It would be a serious mistake to think they can start a legitimate team and have them play on turf. The real game is only played on real grass.
ReplyDeleteIt's been confirmed that they will play on turf. They might play some friendlies on temporary grass.
