  1. I like the whole Trailblazers symbolism in the "set the forest ablaze." That is kind of funny. I can't wait for this game, it should be recklessly awesome. Seattle gave away the basketball rivalry because they were too weak to fight Ptown on two fronts. Blazers fans were always better than sonic fans, just like the Timbers Army kills shittle dorks.

  2. It's great to see the Portland-Seattle rivalry coming to life again, this match has big bragging rights attached to the outcome so you know the smack talk is just gonna keep escalting. Flounders going DOWN in Ptown.

  3. Sean - I like your little rhyme at the end. Timber fans should return the heat and retaliate, can anyone come up with a good song/chant or whip up a Flounder bashing haiku maybe? Paul, a pint awarded to the best one?

  4. Haiku's are soft. Paul is thirsty for blood

  5. Too bad we play don't play on grass - what does blood do for turf?

  6. Blood makes the turf shine more like real grass.

  7. What makes the turf shine?
    BLOOD!
    What?
    BLOOD!
Whats the spirit of the game?
    KILL KILL KILL!!!

  8. The big question is can portland's defense contain Freddy Montero and the Sounders relentlessly attacking offense. Maybe they will have to kill somebody to win.
