The Timbers upped the ante for a lagging offense, by signing Ibad Muhamadu from Holland's Eerste Divisie squad FC Dordrecht. The 28 year old has spent most of his playing days Holland, with shorts stints in Germany and Belgium. The Timbers hope that Ibad can bring some solid finishing to the Timbers front line.The announcement was made by Gavin Wilkinson on Tuesday's Talk Timbers on 95.5 the game (podcast here). Ibad had been on trail with the Timbers over the last few months, and had to returtn to Holland to deal with visa issues. The official announcement should be made on Wednesday.
